Role & responsibilities

- The incumbent would be responsible for the retail health business GWP numbers for the location.

- He would be the Health SME (Subject matter expert) in these locations and would work with the various channels in addressing knowledge gaps in the teams through training (product and process), as well as going on calls with them where they may need support for closure.

- This is hence, a training + business development role, working closely with all channels, primary stakeholder being agency channel

- Driving activation of partners across the tenure of the IMD (M0- M12)

- Business enablers for the sales team to achieve health business numbers.

- The RBDM would also be responsible for spotting new business development opportunities for retail health business in the local geographies and bringing them to closure.

- Ensuring the quality of partners onboarded through a continuous check

- Involvement in health claims, interacting with the partner and help in closing the claim query /settlement.

- Drive the recent products NBP

- Increase the penetration of add ons

- Responsible for a field executive meeting his targets

- Regular engagement with the partners (physical meetings)
