Key Accountabilties

Promoting the various marketing activities which are set out by the Manager.

Promoting and enhancing the sale of beauty skin products with the various relevant skin treatments

Handling Demos and converting demos into Productivity to generate potential business.

Ensure to work as per norms on demos and non-demos day.

Conducting Internal Training with Beauty Technicians to create positive team bond.

To ensure that Salon related grievances are been checked and resolved by thoroughly investigating the case.





Maintaining Database systems of Salons as per company guided Format

Maintaining Demo Kits Utilization Data as per company guided format

Conducting Product Trainings for concerned BDOs Head Quarters as per BDM performance

Knowledge on area wise stock in hand for planning liquidation as support to Business Development Officer.

Qualification: Graduate in any stream with Certification course in Hair/Skin related treatments

Experience : 4- 8 Yrs as Technician

Age limit : Within 40 Yrs

Salary: 5 to 7 LPA
