Duties &

Responsibilities -

- Order Booking responsibility as per the business plan.
- Complete understanding of P&L; aspects of the Projects as per Business Plan.
- Market strategy: Should have excellent understanding of Business Strategy in competitive markets.
- Should have the ability to create & maintain a robust Market intelligence system to ensure seamless flow of information to the management about company's market potential, competitors positioning etc. on a periodical basis for the purpose of accurate and confident decision-making in determining market opportunity, market penetration strategy and market development metrics.
- Should possess proficiency in comprehending & taking decisions on commercial & contractual aspects linked with the large Contracts (More than 50 Million USD, higher the better).
- Should possess good experience in leading International Sales, tendering works in International regions, preferably in industries linked to Oil& Gas, Energy & Engineering.




- Manage timely Bid preparation in all respects and accuracy of information submitted in the Bid. To ensure that the information submitted in bid is accurate and as detailed as possible to reduce the queries of the client post submission of bids.
- Order execution in collaboration with Central Planning & Contract Management (CPCM) team: Closure of cost sheet, handing over of Order to CPCM within 7 days of 1st intimation of order from client, order execution, payment collection and C Form and order closure within 6 months of last payment.
- Should possess the ability to make & maintain business relations & good at Business Development & networking.
- Should possess valuable knowledge to comprehend Metallurgical/Engineering Products e.g. steel products, line pipes, tubings or Oil& gas equipment.
- Should be able to manage & lead a cross- functional team from Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commercial, Legal etc.
