About the Role We are looking for a Reddit & Quora Community Specialist who understands how these platforms work and can build meaningful community engagement through authentic, useful, and platform-compliant content.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the company's presence across Reddit and Quora.
- Create and publish high-quality, original posts, answers, and comments.
- Identify relevant communities, topics, discussions, and opportunities for engagement.
- Research trending questions and conversations relevant to our clients/brands.
- Build genuine engagement while following each platform's community guidelines.
- Monitor account activity, responses, moderation actions, and community feedback.
- Maintain daily activity and provide daily reports with direct links to all contributions.
- Handle promotional restrictions appropriately and ensure content does not appear spammy or misleading.




- Share performance insights and recommendations to improve community engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of posts, answers, comments, communities, and account activity.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Reddit and/or Quora.
- Established Reddit/Quora profiles with genuine activity.
- Robust writing and communication skills.
- Good understanding of Reddit communities, Quora Spaces, topics, moderation, and platform etiquette.
- Ability to research topics and write helpful, natural-sounding responses.
- Understanding of community guidelines and ethical content practices.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines.
- Experience in digital marketing, content marketing, SaaS, technology, or similar industries is a plus.

What We’re Looking For We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:
- Existing Reddit/Quora account history.
- Relevant communities or topics they actively contribute to.
- Previous posts, answers, or comments with measurable engagement.
- Strong understanding of what content works organically on these platforms.
- Ability to build long-term community presence rather than promotional/spam activity.
