We are looking for an experienced Red Hat Infrastructure & Platform Engineer to join our team. The role involves working across multiple customer projects and enterprise environments, with primary responsibility for the deployment, implementation, configuration, migration, troubleshooting, and support of Red Hat platforms.

The engineer will work on customer-facing projects involving RHEL, Red Hat Satellite, Ansible Automation Platform, and Red Hat OpenShift, and will be expected to independently execute platform deployments and implementation activities.

The ideal candidate should have 5–6+ years of hands-on experience in Red Hat technologies, with solid exposure to enterprise platform deployment and implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Work across multiple customer projects involving Red Hat and OpenSource infrastructure platforms.
- Participate in the complete project lifecycle, including technical assessment, planning, installation, configuration, deployment, testing, UAT, production implementation, and handover.
- Independently execute Red Hat platform deployments based on approved designs and project requirements.
- Work with customer technical teams during implementation, troubleshooting, testing, and knowledge transfer.
- Prepare and maintain project-specific technical documentation, implementation plans, deployment guides, configuration documents, and operational runbooks.
- Participate in migration, upgrade, expansion, and optimization projects across customer environments.

Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Deploy, configure, administer, and troubleshoot RHEL 8/9/10 environments.
- Perform RHEL installation, hardening, patching, upgrades, migrations, and configuration.
- Manage system services, users, permissions, LVM, filesystems, storage, networking, and system performance.
- Troubleshoot complex OS,



networking, storage, and application-related issues.
- Implement Red Hat security and hardening best practices.

Ansible Automation
- Develop and implement Ansible playbooks, roles, inventories, and automation workflows.
- Automate RHEL deployment, configuration, patching, compliance, and operational activities.
- Work with Ansible Automation Platform / Ansible Tower/AWX.
- Develop reusable automation solutions for different customer environments.
- Troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows.

Red Hat OpenShift
- Deploy, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).
- Perform OpenShift cluster deployment in bare-metal and virtualized environments.
- Configure OpenShift nodes, networking, storage, authentication, ingress, monitoring, and cluster components.
- Perform cluster upgrades, patching, health checks, and troubleshooting.
- Work with Projects/Namespaces, RBAC, Operators, Routes, Persistent Volumes, StorageClasses, and container workloads.
- Troubleshoot OpenShift cluster, node, networking, storage, and application-related issues.
- Support integration with enterprise storage, identity providers, container registries, monitoring, and security solutions.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Mandatory Certification
- Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration – EX380

Additional RedHat certifications will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements

- 5–6+ years of hands-on experience in Red Hat/Linux technologies.
- Proven experience in enterprise platform deployment and implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience with RHEL, Satellite, Ansible, and OpenShift.
- Experience working on multiple customer projects or enterprise environments.
- Experience in deploying and supporting production environments.
- Candidates with strong implementation/deployment experience will be preferred over candidates whose experience is primarily limited to routine administration or monitoring.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
