Role Description The Recruitment Trainee role at TraviYo is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The trainee will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting hiring managers, maintaining candidate databases, and following up with applicants throughout the recruitment process.





The role also involves participating in onboarding activities, assisting with basic training coordination, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This position is designed to help individuals build a strong foundation in talent acquisition and human resources within a fast-paced organization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in hiring and recruiting for various roles.
- Candidates should possess strong Interviewing and Communication skills.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Training support and coordination.
- Positive organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfort with using HR tools, job portals, and basic MS Office applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain professionalism.
- Degree or coursework in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior internship or academic project experience in HR or recruitment is an advantage.
