NOW HIRING |Recruitment Specialist –( NON-IT )

Work Location: On-Site / WFO

Experience: 1.5+ Years in Non-IT Recruitment

Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions
- Source relevant candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn & other hiring platforms
- Review profiles, conduct initial HR screening & shortlist candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates & hiring teams
- Manage follow-ups, offer discussions, joining & onboarding activities
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates

What We’re Looking For: ✔ Strong verbal & written communication

✔ Good negotiation and candidate-handling skills

✔ Hands-on experience with active sourcing





✔ Ability to manage candidates and coordinate with stakeholders

✔ Positive understanding of Non-IT recruitment processes
