We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across various functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and candidate-management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to understand hiring requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer rollout and joining.
- Understand hiring requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles in consultation with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, recruitment agencies, and other relevant channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Negotiate compensation and coordinate the offer process with selected candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the notice period and ensure smooth joining.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on open positions, interview status, offers, and closures.
- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements.
- Coordinate with external recruitment consultants/agencies wherever required.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, interview-to-selection ratio, and offer-to-joining ratio.
- Support employer branding and other recruitment initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing and screening candidates across multiple functions.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
- Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring timelines.
