About the Role

Recruitment Specialist is a full-time role based in Mumbai, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work-from-home flexibility.



This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for design and related positions, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.

Bring sharp candidate notes, clear conversations, and the initiative to keep things moving.

Work closely with hiring teams and take responsibility for closing the right hires.
