About the Company:

Nada Happiness LLP is a Kerala-based business support company providing dedicated back-office support to its group and associated companies. Our team supports key business functions including HR, Accounting & Finance, Graphic Design and IT Support.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, pre-onboarding, and recruitment reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions and departments.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, reference checks, and background verification.
- Manage job postings and maintain an active candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offers, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and interview records.




- Prepare recruitment MIS and monitor hiring status and timelines.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and talent-sourcing partners when required.
- Support manpower planning and employer-branding initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Good knowledge of job portals and various candidate-sourcing methods.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication, interviewing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment timelines.
- Good organisational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
