What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both Tech & Non-Tech roles
- Able to manage end to end onboarding and offboarding of the employees
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals & other channels
- Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage candidate follow-ups, offer rollouts & joining
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline
- Ensure timely closure of multiple positions
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience
- Experience in both Tech & Non-Tech hiring
- Strong sourcing & candidate screening skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
- Proactive and target-oriented approach
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
