Recruitment Lead IT Staffing & Delivery

We are looking for a hands-on Recruitment Lead to take ownership of our Chennai recruitment delivery and lead a high-performing IT recruitment team.

This is not a purely supervisory role. We need someone who can lead the team, handle critical requirements, engage with clients, understand the numbers and drive delivery through to closure.

What You Will Do

- Lead, mentor and drive the performance of a team of IT recruiters.
- Set and track recruitment targets, productivity and closures.
- Personally handle critical and difficult IT requirements when required.
- Drive the complete recruitment cycle — Sourcing Screening Submission Interview Offer Joining.
- Work closely with clients and hiring managers and own delivery for assigned accounts.
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional requirements.
- Review recruitment numbers, identify gaps and improve team productivity.
- Ensure quality submissions, turnaround time and healthy candidate pipelines.
- Maintain discipline around ATS, MIS, trackers and recruitment data.

What You Should Bring

- 6–8 years of IT Recruitment / IT Staffing experience.
- Proven experience leading a team of IT recruiters.
- Solid hands-on recruitment and technical sourcing capability.




- Experience working with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed and established ATS/CRM platforms.
- Exposure to tools such as JobDiva, CIEPAL, Bullhorn or similar will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of IT requirements, sourcing strategies and candidate screening.
- Experience handling clients / hiring managers / accounts.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and conversion ratios.
- A proven track record of team productivity and closures.
