About the group

Hamd Holdings is the parent of Special Minds, a special educational needs support service that places learning support assistants with families and schools in the UAE; Special Minds India, which provides SEN support and practitioner training to families in India; and Lymora, an AI workforce and enablement company. All three companies sell people. This role owns recruitment for the whole group and reports to the Chairman.

The role

You run four pipelines.

For Special

Minds, the UAE candidate database of SEN practitioners: every record complete, verified and ready to present, with new practitioners coming in every week.

For Special Minds

India, the practitioner pool serving Indian families and the intake for its training programmes. For Lymora, the pool of AI operators and trained professionals it places with enterprise clients: sourced, assessed and ready to deploy. And for the group itself, every internal hire across the three companies, from role description to signed offer.

What you will do

- Own the Special Minds candidate database: audit and complete every record, source new SEN practitioners through schools, referrals, job boards and LinkedIn, run screening calls, and verify two references for every candidate before they are presented.
- Build the Special Minds India practitioner pool city by city, and manage applications into its training programmes with the company lead.
- Build and maintain Lymora's workforce pool: source candidates with AI tooling and operations skills, run assessments with the company lead, and keep a deployable bench with verified skills and availability.
- Run internal hiring for all three companies: write role descriptions, post, screen, interview, manage offers and hand over to onboarding.
- Set the standard for a complete record in each pipeline and allow no incomplete record to enter.
- Write the recruitment process,



templates and screening scripts the group will use, and train anyone who later joins the function.
- Report weekly to the Chairman: records completed, candidates presented, bench size, open positions and time to fill, by company.

What you will not do

- Present a candidate to a client, family or school before references are verified.
- Share candidate or children's data outside the approved systems, or paste it into any tool not named in your agreement.
- Quote, negotiate or discuss fees with candidates or clients.
- Present Special Minds India as a route to work in the UAE. It serves families in India.

Who this suits

- Five or more years in recruitment, at least two running a pipeline end to end rather than supporting one.
- Proof of recruiting for more than one business or client at the same time, ideally in staffing, placement or workforce services.
- Experience managing a candidate database or applicant tracking system with several hundred records.
- Comfortable assessing two very different populations: education and care practitioners, and technology-literate operators.
- Confident on the phone and exact in writing. Screening scripts and reports are the visible output.
- Meticulous with records. If a half-finished row bothers you, this is your job.
- Full professional proficiency in English. Professional proficiency in Hindi or Arabic is an advantage, not required.
- Comfortable working remotely on UAE hours.

Hours and terms

- Full-time contract, Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 18:00 Gulf Standard Time.
- Monthly fee stated at first interview, paid against invoice. Fixed fee, no commission.
- Six-month initial term with review.
- Contracting entity is one of the group's operating companies, named in the agreement.
- Your own computer, phone and reliable connection; the group provides its tools and accounts.
- A confidentiality and data-protection agreement is signed before starting, since the role handles children's records. Reference and background checks are conducted after an offer is made.
