We are looking for Recruitment Executives to join our team and manage the hiring of warehouse staff and frontline employees for our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard warehouse staff and other frontline employees.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and field recruitment.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate joining and onboarding processes.
- Conduct field recruitment activities and visit local areas when required.
- Maintain recruitment data and ensure hiring targets are achieved.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate
- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
