Job Summary
As a Recruitment Intern, you will work closely with our recruitment team and gain practical exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle – from understanding job requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, coordination and interview follow-ups.
This is a work-from-home opportunity, making it suitable for candidates who are self-motivated, disciplined and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand job descriptions and client hiring requirements.
- Source relevant candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
- Search and identify candidates using appropriate keywords and Boolean searches.
- Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial telephonic discussions.
- Shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in headhunting and talent mapping for various positions.
- Learn and use recruitment tools, portals and professional networking platforms.
- Meet recruitment targets and timelines assigned by the team.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates and clients.
Who Can Apply? We are looking for candidates who are:
- Fresh graduates / final-year students / candidates with 0–1 year experience.
- Interested in building a career in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR.
- Valuable at verbal and written communication.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
- Confident, proactive and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Able to manage multiple requirements and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace is preferred.
- Candidates from Pune, especially Kharadi, Wagholi and nearby areas, are preferred.

- A smartphone/mobile phone for candidate communication and coordination.

Candidates who successfully complete the internship and demonstrate strong performance, commitment and recruitment capabilities will be considered for absorption into a full-time role with ProNetwork HR.
On successful conversion to a full-time position:
