Role Description The Recruitment Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Kochi. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including understanding client requirements, developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, and screening applications.

The Recruitment

Executive will conduct interviews, coordinate selection processes, and support hiring decisions in line with client expectations and regulatory guidelines. Daily activities include maintaining candidate databases,



communicating with clients and candidates, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a positive recruitment experience. The role also includes preparing recruitment reports, supporting employer branding initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to meet targets and timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, with experience managing full recruitment cycles.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Development and understanding of role requirements across different sectors.
- Candidates should possess solid Interviewing and candidate assessment skills to evaluate competencies and suitability.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for coordinating with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are beneficial.
- Prior experience in recruitment consultancy or overseas placement agencies is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment are desirable.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and MS Office is beneficial.
