At BizFoc, we're on a mission to become India's most trusted business services platform, and we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help us attract and hire exceptional talent.

What You'll Do

- Own end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Operations, Marketing, Tech, Finance, HR, and Customer Success.
- Source top talent through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and social hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver quality hires with speed.
- Build robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Create an outstanding candidate experience from first interaction to onboarding.

What We're Looking For
- 3–4 years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience in a startup or high-growth company
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills




- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Self-driven, proactive, and ownership-oriented mindset

Preferred Experience: Candidates from Recuritment Firms or Startup companies like Policybazaar, Razorpay, Groww, BharatPe, Meesho, Urban Company, Cars24, Shiprocket, InsuranceDekho, NoBroker, PhysicsWallah, LEAD School, Apna, or similar high-growth startups.
