We are looking for a skilled and experienced Recruitment Executive to join our organization. Your primary role will be to attract, identify, and hire top talent that aligns with our company's values and objectives. You will play a critical role in building a talented and diverse workforce that drives organization's success.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Technical Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar role preferably from BFSI/Fintech/IT sector.

Knowledge:

- Ability to apply advanced strategies to source candidates.
- Proficient with all recruitment activities (e.g recruiting, interviewing, screening and evaluating).
- Assessment skills with the ability to evaluate candidates' technical and soft skills effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Outstanding organization and analytical skills and work ethics
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Good presentation skills.

Technical Skills:

- Understanding of skills and current technology trends
- Proficient in HR databases,



Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) & HRMS.
- Microsoft Office Suite
- MS Outlook

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Roles and Responsibilities

- Good understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, Screening, interviewing, Salary negotiations, etc.
- Ensure Hiring targets are met on given deadlines.
- Facilitate the selection and decision-making process which may include reference checks and background screenings.
- Utilize various sourcing channels - job portal, social media, professional networks, etc., to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Experience in utilizing various recruitment channels and tools, including job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Collaborate with Stake holders, hiring managers to forecast future hiring needs.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving recruitment goals and objectives.
- Conduct periodic recruitment review meeting(s) with the stakeholders
