DeeCast hires across Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain, Technology and leadership roles, from entry level through to senior management. Finance and Accounting is where we are strongest, backed by a leadership team of Chartered Accountants with Big Four audit, direct tax, valuation and banking experience.

The Role

We are hiring a Recruiter at the Executive level to own mandates end to end: requirement understanding, sourcing, technical and functional evaluation, quality shortlisting, and interview coordination through to closure. You will work directly with the co-founders on live requirements across functions, including senior mandates at VP, Director and Partner level.

Key Responsibilities

- Own recruitment end to end: client brief, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer stage and follow-up until the candidate joins.
- Source candidates through Naukri.com, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and your own network.
- Work on mandates across Finance, HR, Sales, Operations and Technology, including senior positions at VP, Director and Partner level.
- Screen candidates on role fit, compensation expectations, notice period and intent before shortlisting.
- Maintain live pipelines and keep trackers updated for every open mandate.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates and share structured feedback to both sides.
- Stay in touch with selected candidates from offer to joining to protect the closure.
- Report progress on live mandates directly to the co-founders.

What We Are Looking For





- 1 to 4 years of recruitment experience, agency or in-house, with a track record of closing roles.
- Hands-on working knowledge of Naukri.com and LinkedIn Recruiter. Both are mandatory.
- Graduate in any discipline. An MBA or PGDM in HR is a plus.
- Clear written and spoken communication, with the confidence to speak to senior professionals.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup, with your own laptop and a stable internet connection.
- Ownership of your mandates, with the discipline to run them without supervision.

Compensation Two structures are on offer. The candidate chooses at the offer stage.

Option 1: Fixed plus Annual Bonus

- ₹30,000 per month fixed
- Up to 10% annual bonus on fixed compensation
- Fixed compensation is reviewed at the interview stage for candidates with strong recruitment experience. The annual bonus applies at 10% of the agreed fixed compensation.

Option 2: Fixed plus Closure Bonus (Recommended)
- ₹20,000 per month fixed
- ₹5,000 to ₹15,000 bonus on every successful closure
- Closure bonus paid quarterly
- Fixed compensation is reviewed on performance and the closure bonus continues to apply on top. Earnings under this structure are uncapped and tied directly to the closures you deliver.

Working Arrangement

- Fully remote. You can be based anywhere in India.
- Six-day working week with a adaptable work arrangement.
- You manage your own hours around client and candidate availability.
