Tara Aspire Consulting is expanding its Recruitment & Staffing business and looking for motivated people who want to build experience in Talent Acquisition + Client Acquisition.

Location: Remote – Anywhere in India

Experience: 0–3 years | Freshers welcome

Industry: Recruitment | Staffing | HR Solutions

Compensation: Performance-based commission | No fixed salary

What you’ll do• Source and engage candidates for live recruitment requirements

- Understand job descriptions and candidate profiles
- Build candidate networks through LinkedIn and other channels
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients
- Generate recruitment/staffing leads
- Understand client hiring requirements
- Coordinate recruitment assignments through closure
- Build your own client & candidate portfolio
- Earn commission on successful recruitment/business closures

Who can apply?We welcome candidates from HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment,



Staffing, B2B Sales and Business Development backgrounds.

Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment are also welcome.
