Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Recruitment Consultant (Target based).

The Recruitment

Consultant will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for diverse roles, with a particular focus on graduate and early-career talent. Daily responsibilities include conducting interviews, assessing candidate suitability, and matching profiles with client requirements while meeting defined performance and placement targets. The role involves consulting with clients to understand hiring needs, provide market insights,



and recommend recruitment strategies that support workforce planning. The consultant will maintain accurate candidate and client records, communicate regularly with stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience. Collaboration with internal teams to align recruitment activities with CareerBloc’s broader business and marketing objectives is also expected.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes and deliver on target-based goals.
- Candidates should possess Consulting and Communication skills to advise clients, build relationships, and clearly present candidate profiles and market insights.
- Candidates should possess Interviewing skills to effectively assess candidate qualifications, potential, and role fit.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple requisitions and meet performance targets.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, online job platforms, and skilled networking tools (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a results-oriented mindset and resilience in a target-driven setting.
- Prior experience in agency recruitment, HR consulting, or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory if experience is equivalent.
