Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Executive role based in Bengaluru.

The Recruitment

Executive will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including understanding staffing needs, drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, and coordinating the interview process. The role involves screening resumes, conducting initial assessments, scheduling and following up on interviews, and supporting hiring managers with selection decisions.

ensure a positive candidate experience, and uphold company policies and standards throughout the hiring process. Collaboration with HR and department leaders to meet staffing targets and support workforce planning is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Development and Hiring to manage complete recruitment cycles effectively.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders clearly and professionally.
- Candidates should possess Interviewing and Recruiting skills to assess candidate fit and source suitable talent from diverse channels.
- Candidates should have knowledge of applicant tracking systems, basic HR practices, and familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Candidates should have mandatory experience in entry level/blue collar hiring.
- Mandatory experienced in bulk level hiring.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, is preferred.
