Job Responsibilities
- Handle End to End recruitment Lifecycle i.e source, screen and shortlist and coordinate candidate profiles.
- Understanding the requirement from the clients.
- Network with and headhunt hi-tech passive job seekers.
- Sourcing resume through various Sources e.g. linkedin, Facebook, Job portals,
user groups, networking.
- Short listing candidates as per the client requirements.
- Coordinating Interviews and follow up with client and candidate.
- Strengthen client relationships and improve service delivery.
Desired profile
- 0 – 2 years experience after graduation
- Have a passion to meet/talk to people.
