About the Role

Wellocia Talent Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruitment Interns who want to build practical experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with the recruitment team and gain exposure to candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and the overall hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and understand their experience and requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist recruiters in meeting daily and monthly hiring targets.
- Work on multiple recruitment requirements across different industries.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and the internal team.





Requirements
- Good communication skills are MANDATORY.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
- Proactive, disciplined and willing to learn.
- Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- MBA/PGDM – HR candidates will be preferred.

Career Opportunity

This is a 6-month paid internship designed to provide practical recruitment experience.

Based on performance, communication skills, discipline, ownership and overall contribution during the internship, candidates may be considered for a full-time opportunity with Wellocia Talent Solutions after completion of the internship.
