Key Responsibilities

- Research companies, industries, job roles, and relevant talent pools.
- Identify and map potential candidates using professional networks, databases, and online research.
- Reach out to relevant professionals and initiate meaningful conversations about career opportunities.
- Conduct preliminary candidate discussions to understand experience, skills, career interests, and suitability.
- Assess candidate profiles against role requirements and hiring expectations.
- Maintain accurate candidate information, search progress, and recruitment records.
- Coordinate with internal team members to discuss candidate pipelines and search strategies.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Develop an understanding of different businesses, organisational structures, and talent requirements.
- Support the team in delivering high-quality candidate shortlists within agreed timelines.
- Continuously improve sourcing, research, communication, and candidate-assessment skills.
