About the Role We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying top talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate joining formalities.

Candidate Management

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and reports.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback,



documentation, and joining status.

Stakeholder Coordination

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring reports to management.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.

Required Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT recruitment is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of onboarding and employee documentation processes.
