We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare sourcing strategies
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, references and social media
- Screen candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews
- Coordinate client/company interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining
- Handle bulk hiring and multiple positions simultaneously




- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for recruitment requirements
- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment MIS and reports

• Achieve assigned recruitment and joining targets

Required Skills Strong sourcing & screening skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Candidate handling & follow-up

Knowledge of recruitment portals

Good negotiation and convincing skills

Target-oriented approach

Ability to handle bulk hiring

Valuable MS Excel & recruitment MIS knowledge

Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in Manufacturing Recruitment / Contract Staffing / Bulk Hiring / Agency Recruitment will be preferred.
