HR Contract Recruiter

Put your sourcing skills to work with a flexible commitment of approximately 2–3 hours per day. You can earn ₹1,000 for each candidate you source who is selected. This is an incentive-based contract role with no fixed salary; earnings depend on candidate selections.

What you’ll do

- Find promising candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional communities.
- Screen profiles against role requirements and hold initial candidate conversations.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
- Keep recruitment trackers accurate and share progress updates.

What will help you succeed
- Experience in recruitment or talent sourcing.
- Strong communication, screening, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time well.

HR Intern (Paid)





Get practical experience across the recruiting process while supporting our HR team. This is a paid internship; stipend details will be shared during the selection process.

What you’ll do

- Help source candidates and review resumes.
- Schedule interviews, maintain candidate records, and follow up with applicants.
- Support recruitment coordination and HR administration.

What will help you succeed
- Interest in HR and recruiting. Current students and recent graduates are welcome.
- Explicit communication, attention to detail, and good organization.
- Comfort with spreadsheets and online tools.
