About The Role

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented US IT & Engineering Recruiters to join our expanding recruitment team at KYYBA Inc. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about talent acquisition within the US staffing industry. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates for various IT and engineering roles across the United States.

The position is based in Koramangala, Bangalore, with a hybrid work model that combines both in-office and work from home, providing flexibility and a conducive environment for professional development. Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for talent, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to meeting recruitment targets.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (BS or equivalent) from a recognized university or institution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
- Proven sourcing and recruitment experience, preferably in US staffing, VMS/MSP programs, or W2 recruiting.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.




- Willingness to learn and adapt to the evolving dynamics of the US staffing industry.
- Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Bangalore or those willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

- Identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Stay updated with industry trends, US employment laws, and best practices in staffing and recruitment.
- Contribute to team goals and participate in regular training sessions to enhance recruitment skills.
