Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Recruiter (target-based, consultancy model) at CareerBloc. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking, aligned with client requirements and hiring targets.

Daily tasks include conducting initial interviews, coordinating with clients on role specifications, scheduling and following up on interviews, and managing candidate pipelines in an organized manner.



The role involves maintaining regular communication with clients to understand role priorities, providing market insights, and ensuring timely closure of positions. The Recruiter will track performance metrics, meet placement targets, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to improving recruitment strategies and processes.

Qualifications

- Strong end-to-end recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Experience working in a consultancy or agency environment with target-based hiring responsibilities.
- Proficiency in using job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks for talent acquisition.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills for managing candidate and client relationships.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple roles, pipelines, and deadlines in a remote work setting.
- Comfort with performance metrics, reporting, and working toward defined placement or revenue goals.
- Basic understanding of marketing and employer branding concepts is an advantage.
- Prior experience in recruitment for diverse roles or industries; consultancy or staffing background preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- High level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices.
