Role Description This is a full time, on-site Recruiter role based in Kolkata. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers. The role involves partnering closely with team leads to understand role requirements, drafting job postings, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The Recruiter will also maintain recruitment data, support employer branding initiatives,



and help refine recruitment strategies aligned with Study Buddy’s growth plans.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and conducting structured interviews.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including coordinating interview schedules and facilitating offer discussions.
- Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines and relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on fairness and inclusion.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and standard office productivity tools.
- Understanding of recruitment best practices, labor market trends, and basic employment regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in recruitment for tech, education, or startup environments is an advantage.
