Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad, India

Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering, manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, quality, and other non-IT positions. The recruiter will source qualified candidates, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and work closely with hiring managers and clients to fulfill staffing requirements.

Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and identify candidates who match job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone/video screening and assess candidate qualifications.
- Recruit for Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, and other non-IT roles.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain regular communication throughout the hiring process.
- Understand job descriptions, required skills, experience, location, shifts, pay rates, and work authorization requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update ATS/recruitment databases.
- Follow up with candidates, hiring managers,



and clients for interview feedback and status updates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and turnaround expectations.
- Ensure candidates are properly qualified and submitted according to client requirements.

Requirements

- 1–3+ years of experience in US staffing or Non-IT recruitment preferred.
- Experience recruiting for Engineering, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Quality, or similar positions.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, and candidate databases.
- Good understanding of the US recruitment process and employment types such as W2, C2C, and contract/permanent hiring.
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and candidate-management skills.
- Ability to work on multiple requirements and prioritize urgent positions.
- Good knowledge of Boolean search and resume screening.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a rapid-paced staffing environment.
