Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Ahmedabad. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates through online platforms and networks, screening profiles, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers. The role involves maintaining candidate databases, updating recruitment trackers, and ensuring timely communication with applicants to provide a positive candidate experience.

The Recruiter will also collaborate closely with clients or internal stakeholders to understand role requirements, prepare accurate job descriptions, and support offer negotiation and onboarding activities.

- Candidates should possess strong talent sourcing and screening skills, including experience using job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Candidates should possess interview and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate candidate fit based on role requirements and organizational culture.
- Candidates should possess communication and relationship-building skills to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and client stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions, meet hiring timelines, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Candidates should ideally have familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment CRMs and basic data/reporting skills for recruitment metrics.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred, along with prior experience in recruitment or HR; experience in agency or high-volume hiring environments is an advantage.

- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, demonstrate professional ethics, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
