Non IT – Recruiter

Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai

Experience: 4–8 Years

Industry: Real Estate / Construction

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for real estate and construction positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and networking.
- Screen and shortlist profiles based on project requirements and technical skills.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates, HODs, and management.
- Follow up on interview feedback, offer release, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
- Ensure timely closure of positions across project sites and corporate office.

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience in Real Estate or Construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction roles such as Projects,



Planning, Contracts, QS, MEP, Safety, Sales, CRM, and Support Functions.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment reporting.

Qualification:

- Any Graduate

Remuneration:

- As per company standards.
