About the Role

Sita Ram Diwan Chand is looking for an HR Recruiter to manage recruitment requirements across our organization. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and experienced in sourcing and hiring the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate discussions
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Manage candidate follow-ups and joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment records and hiring trackers
- Coordinate with internal teams for manpower requirements

Requirements:

- Prior experience in recruitment/HR preferred
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements
- Familiarity with job portals and candidate sourcing
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
