Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, including bulk hiring and staffing requirements.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their talent acquisition needs.

- Conduct interviews, assess candidate fitment, and make recommendations for new hires.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates that meet client expectations.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective recruitment strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field (bulk hiring, recruitment management).

- Solid understanding of technical skills required for various IT roles (e.g., software development, data analysis).

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage client relationships effectively.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
