Position: Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist with 6 months–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate should have experience in handling multiple positions simultaneously, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining strong communication with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

Handle multiple open positions across different departments.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain solid stakeholder management and ensure timely hiring updates.

Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates.





Ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.

Familiarity with portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
