Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Bengaluru. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating subsequent interview rounds with hiring managers. The role involves maintaining job postings, building talent pipelines for multiple functions, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.





The Recruiter will collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to understand workforce needs, support employer branding initiatives, and maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports.

Qualifications

Minimum 2-5years of wrok experience required.

- Robust capabilities in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes and maintaining applicant tracking or HRIS systems.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, prioritize multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.
- Familiarity with recruitment best practices in real estate or related industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office and online job portals; comfort using social media and professional networks for recruitment.
