Role Description This is a full-time, in office Recruiter (Non-IT) role based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities for non-IT positions, including requirement gathering, preparing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.

The role involves coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers, facilitating selection decisions, and managing offer negotiations and onboarding processes.



The Recruiter will maintain candidate databases, track recruitment metrics, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle. The role also includes close collaboration with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs, support manpower planning, and adhere to company policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and general Recruiting skills for non-IT roles.
- Candidates should have experience with Hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with Technical Recruiting and IT Recruitment concepts, even though this role focuses on non-IT positions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms (job portals, social media, ATS) and basic MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines with attention to detail.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in corporate or consulting recruitment, preferably within manufacturing, services, or quality-focused organizations.
