Role Description The Recruiter at Knya will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions with hiring managers.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining talent pipelines, posting job openings across relevant platforms, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. The role also involves partnering with internal teams to understand staffing needs, organizing recruitment events, and maintaining accurate recruitment data and reports.

Qualifications

- Talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and basic HR processes.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring timelines.
- Attention to detail, data-oriented mindset, and proficiency in using spreadsheets or HR reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; prior in-house or agency recruiting experience is preferred.
- Interest in the apparel, healthcare, or lifestyle sectors and comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
