Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying and attracting qualified candidates using job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, etc.), social media, and campus recruiting platforms. Resume Screening: Review inbound applications and resumes against job requirements to build candidate shortlists. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate phone,
video, or in-person interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Candidate Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Database Management: Maintain and update applicant data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment databases. Job Posting: Help draft and publish engaging job descriptions across various hiring channels.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Interpersonal Skills: Robust ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders. Organization: High attention to detail with strong multi-tasking and time-management abilities.
