HR Recruiter & Database Executive

CADOPILAR Software Private Limited is looking for a smart, energetic and organised HR Recruiter & Database Executive to join our growing team.

What You Will Do

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia, Job Hai, etc.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Manage customer & lead databases.
- Generate leads using Google, Apollo, Lusha & LinkedIn.
- Support Email & WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with the sales team.
- Prepare reports and support daily office operations.

What We Are Looking For

- Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience .**

• Excellent English communication skills .

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and typing.




- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI tools.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred

Experience with Naukri / LinkedIn / Apollo / Lusha or email & WhatsApp marketing tools.
