We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented IT & Non-IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and be comfortable handling multiple requirements across IT and Non-IT functions.
? Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and internal databases.
- Handle both IT and Non-IT recruitment requirements.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Coordinate offer rollouts, negotiations, documentation, and joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS/MIS, and daily recruitment reports.
- Meet assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
? Desired Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in IT & Non-IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Strong sourcing experience using Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Valuable knowledge of Boolean search and candidate screening.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work under deadlines.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on closures.
- Prior experience in agency/consulting recruitment will be an advantage.
