- Collaborate with department heads to determine hiring needs and job specifications.

- Source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.

- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess the qualifications and fit of candidates.

- Manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive applicant journey.

- Maintain recruitment databases and generate reports on hiring progress and metrics.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

- Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
