Job Summary





We are looking for two experienced recruiters to support a critical manufacturing hiring project. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment, from workforce planning and talent sourcing through to offer management. They should be capable of independently driving multiple hiring mandates, partnering with business leaders, and successfully delivering Manager to Director-level hires across the manufacturing sector.

Strong stakeholder management, ownership, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing businesses across India.
- Handle hiring from Manager to Director-level positions.
- Drive project planning and hiring strategy for assigned requisitions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and assessment.
- Manage offer negotiation and offer closure.
- Ensure strong candidate experience and stakeholder management.
- Track hiring progress and provide regular recruitment updates.

Required Experience

- 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Robust experience hiring for the manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Proven track record of hiring for director level.
- Experience managing high-volume and niche hiring projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and offer management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
