Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Navi Mumbai. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers.

Responsibilities include maintaining job postings, building talent pipelines for technical, manufacturing, and support roles,



and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with department heads to understand workforce requirements, support onboarding activities, and maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. The role also involves using recruitment platforms and networks, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Ability to manage job postings, talent pipelines, and recruitment databases efficiently.
- Proficiency in using online job portals, professional networks, and social media for recruitment.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, basic labor regulations, and HR processes.
- Comfort working in a manufacturing and engineering environment, with exposure to technical hiring preferred.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple hiring needs and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience as a Recruiter or in HR is an advantage.
