Role Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, internal databases and other channels.

- Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, communication and cultural alignment.

- Conduct initial interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.

- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.

- Maintain accurate candidate records, interview feedback and recruitment status.

- Follow up consistently with candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders to keep hiring processes moving.

- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and build long-term talent networks.

- Track recruitment activity, pipeline performance and hiring metrics.





- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives when required.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.

- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent candidate engagement and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to conduct effective screening and initial interviews.

- Strong sourcing and candidate pipeline development skills.

- Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.

- Strong follow-up, organization and time-management skills.

- Ability to communicate confidently with candidates, hiring managers and senior stakeholders.

- Experience recruiting for technology roles is preferred.

- Experience recruiting Guidewire or P&C; insurance technology professionals is a plus.

- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems is preferred.
