Role Description The Recruiter at CB TEAM is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The Recruiter will develop job postings, maintain accurate candidate records, and provide timely communication and updates to applicants.

In collaboration with internal stakeholders, the Recruiter will help refine hiring needs, support offer negotiations,



and ensure a positive candidate experience. The role also involves tracking recruiting metrics, improving hiring processes, and promoting CB TEAM’s employer brand.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources, including candidate sourcing and screening.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions, priorities, and deadlines in a remote environment.
- Comfort with using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR tools, and online job platforms; proficiency with standard office software.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality throughout the hiring process.
- Familiarity with fair hiring practices and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment.
- Previous experience recruiting for payment, finance, or technology-related roles is a plus.
- Relevant education or training in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
