Cenergy International is hiring experienced US Non-IT Recruiters to support US-based clients, primarily across Aerospace, Defense, Engineering, Oil & Gas, and Manufacturing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source and screen qualified Non-IT and Engineering candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and provide regular follow-up.
- Partner with US clients/hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
- Conduct candidate negotiations and support the offer/onboarding process.
- Track recruitment activity and stay updated on market trends and compensation.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of US Non-IT Recruitment experience.
- Aerospace, Defense, Engineering, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing recruitment experience preferred.
- Strong sourcing, screening, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced US staffing environment.
