We're hiring a recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring for end clients. You'll own the recruitment cycle from sourcing to closure.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple client accounts
- Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn , WorkIndia, Naukri and other channels
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with clients
- Maintain rigorous follow-up with candidates and clients through every stage
- Keep pipelines, trackers, and candidate data well organized and up to date
- Build robust relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills
- Go-getter attitude with a bias for action
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with follow-ups
- Prior recruitment/staffing experience is mandatory
